To guarantee water resistance to a depth of 100m, the Colt Skyracer has a screw-down crown - a system that forms an impassable barrier against water penetration. This rubber-coated crown is protected against impact by significant lateral reinforcements. The ultra-light and ultra-strong case is in Breitlight®, a Breitling exclusive high-tech alloy. 3,3 times lighter than titanium and 5,8 times lighter than steel, but significantly harder.
