Bell & Ross, the reference brand for professional aviation watches, had presented its "Horo" line (referring to the Bell & Ross concept of using an opaque micro-blasted steel for the cases and dials, thus guaranteeing legibility optimal) last year with the Br03-92 Horolum. On the occasion of Baselworld 2018 it presents two novelties of this model: the BR03-94 HOROLUM and the BR03-92 HOROBLACK.
From design modern and minimalist the two models reflect the spirit of Bell & Ross to create watches that can be used as real tools. Designed in style contemporary and with the iconic “circle enclosed in a square” shape, they feature a case and dial in shot peened steel, a treatment which, by means of a high pressure “spraying” of small glass beads on the surface of the steel, gives a finish matte and anti-reflective uniform appearance and a high purity gray tone. Another common feature is the construction a "sandwich" of the dial, which consists of two superimposed metal plates. The main feature of the models of the "HORO" line remains, therefore, the easy and immediate legibility.

The chronograph dial BR03-94 HOROLUM has two counters for calculating short times and a tachymeter scale on the flange and offers excellent luminescence and night readability, thanks to oversized indices and numbers in Superluminova® C3 green (with ultra-phosphorescence capable of lasting a long time in the dark). The case of 42 mm in diameter waterproof up to 100 meters is animated by the movement with chronograph automatic BR-CAL.301 (base ETA-2894-2) and mounts a strap in calf leather grey green. The BR03-94 HOROLUM will be available in a limited edition of 500 pieces for the price of € 4.990.

Il BR03-92 HOROBLACK classic three-hand model, it is also the result of the brand's vision of creating wristwatches inspired by the dials present on the dashboards of aircraft. The choice of the same 42mm case and dial tone results in a very homogeneous look.
To further improve its immediate reading even during the day, the indexes and hands play on the black and gray contrast and the whole is completed by a rubber strap with the BR logo. The automatic movement is the caliber BR-CAL.302 (derived from Sellita SW300). The BR03-92 HOROBLACK will be available in edition limited to 999 copies at the price of 2.990 EURO.
