[: En]The La-Chaux de Fonds Manufactory Girard-Perregaux, launches two new models Classic Bridges in rose gold in a 45 mm version designed for more robust wrists and in an elegant and more discreet 40 mm model, but still two watches that both have a lot to offer thanks above all to the iconic golden bridges that have marked the history of the Maison .

In fact, the two arrow-shaped bridges highlight the architectural symmetry of the movement that can be admired through a partially skeletonized dial, able to reveal the work that takes place behind the scenes.

For the heart of this watch, the manufacture has developed an automatic movement that reveals an excellent level of finish and decoration. Made in pink gold and available as already mentioned in two diameters, these new timepieces are firmly rooted in the present and are sober and refined. It is from the invention of the emblematic Whirlwind with three golden bridges, that the Manufacture has wisely continued to embellish the collection with these technical elements, which have become an essential part of the aesthetics and elegance that characterize its entire range of watches.

Under his two golden bridges we find a revelation of pure technical watchmaking. Arranged in perfect symmetry, the micro rotor between 10 and 11 and the barrel between 1 and 2 offers the opportunity to admire some of the intricacies of the self-winding movement. In addition, a second gold bridge at 6 o'clock supports a spectacular balance wheel, guaranteeing exceptional precision.

Together, they stage a captivating mechanical demonstration with a well-balanced interplay between volume and depth, which offers connoisseurs of Haute Horlogerie an excellent compromise between refined aesthetics and the design of a skeletonized model.

Since Haute Horlogerie is also and above all a question of details, Girard-Perregaux paid particular attention to the decoration of the entirely homemade artisanal movement. Visible through the sapphire crystal caseback, it testifies to an exceptional degree of finish never seen on a watch that indicates only the hours and minutes.

The dial gives a marvelous spectacle, revealing the two beveled, rounded, mirror-polished and satin-finished gold bridges that exemplify meticulous and patient craftsmanship. A process aimed at achieving aesthetic exemplarity while integrating the technicality of watchmaking as an essential part of the design. A generous 48-hour power reserve and an elegant black alligator leather strap complete this timepiece.
