Penerai presents three new chronographs for a new tribute to the world of the sea. A bond that has its roots in the history of the brand, with the first supplies of precision instruments to the Italian navy.
The new Luminor Yacht Challenge made in titanium, matt black ceramic e red gold, are characterized by the unmistakable Panerai design and by the refined, and equally robust, mechanical movements created by the Laboratory of Ideas of the Neuchâtel Manufacture.

Through the regattas of Panerai Classic Yachts Challenge, Panerai has contributed in recent years to safeguarding the culture of classic sails. Tribute that finds space on the dial thanks to the initials PCYC extension and the silhouette of a sailboat on the caseback, which is engraved in the titanium and ceramic models while in the gold 01 chronograph it almost seems to float on the movement, thanks to the sapphire glass porthole on which it is reproduced.

The common element of the three new chronographs is the iconic case with a device to protect the crown, which contains the manufacture movement with automatic winding. P.9100 - flyback chronograph with three days of running autonomy, seconds reset, calculation of the speed expressed in knots via the tachymeter scale on the rehaut, quick time adjustment. The bicompax dial (small seconds at nine and chronograph hours at three) is made with a sandwich structure.

The three Luminor Yacht Challenge chronographs, on the other hand, differ in the different chromatic combinations of dial and strap in relation to the material of the case, while sharing the presence of the blue color, the color of the sea. The different materials with which the Luminor case of the three models is made - titanium in PAM00764, black ceramic based on zirconium oxide in PAM00788, red gold in PAM01020 - they offer customers the possibility to choose between a more sporty and technical look or a more classic and precious look but they are all designed to guarantee great solidity, resistance to external agents and corrosion.

Water resistance is guaranteed up to 100 meters (10 bar) for the ceramic and titanium models, up to 50 meters (5 bar) for the gold model.
