A start of the year with a bang for H. Moser & Cie! 2020 for the Maison of Neuhausen am Rheinfal begins with a 'breakthrough' watch compared to its previous collections. We are talking about the Streamliner Flyback Chronograph Automatic, a new timepiece in steel with - hear this - integrated bracelet. But it is not only the design that amazes when it comes to H. Moser & Cie. The newcomer is also the first integrated automatic chronograph with central display, equipped with a flyback.

The name streamliner, is a tribute to the first high-speed trains of the twenties and thirties of which it evokes the rounded and aerodynamic curves. In the initial phase of the development of this new line, which took 5 years, there was the idea of designing a model with a steel case and integrated bracelet, but in a short time it became inseparable from the notion of fluidity and curved lines keep on going.

“We started with the bracelet, comfortable, elegant and different. We therefore designed this model around the chronograph function, because that was what we wanted to highlight. The Streamliner is a chronograph that tells the time rather than a chronograph watch. We have favored sobriety, ergonomics and legibility, opting for central indications without a secondary dial, perfectly reflecting our minimalist philosophy. We started from the very essence of the chronograph and redefined its standards ”.

Edouard Meylan, CEO of H. Moser & Cie.

La 42,3mm steel "cushion" case it is surmounted by a Slightly domed sapphire crystal glassbox type, also taken from the transparent caseback. The lines continue in the integrated steel bracelet, elegantly curved to follow the line of the wrist. All the shirts are articulated and form a delicate wave that alternates one vertical brushed finish to shiny surfaces.

Thanks to aimpermeability dynamic up to 12 ATM, the chronograph function of the Streamliner Flyback Chronograph Automatic it can also be used underwater. Its off-center crown, adorned with an "M", balances the two chronograph pushers at 10 and 2 o'clock.

The bezel features a sun-brushed finish; the case alternates polished and brushed surfaces, with hollow and satin shapes on the sides, a reference to the typical shapes of Moser cases.

The Streamliner it is a chronograph that tells the time rather than a chronograph watch. The new Caliber MHC 902 is equipped with a double barrel, column wheel and lateral clutch developed by Agenhor. Thanks to the principle retrograde is allows the elapsed minute hand to snap instantly using accumulated energy and then released by a spiral cam, the HMC 902 caliber allows for greater accuracy in reading values.

Lo Streamliner Flyback Chronograph Automatic, it is equipped with two chronograph hands, one for the minutes and one for the seconds, and two hands for the indication of the time, one for the hours and one for the minutes, it is definitely in the name of sobriety. The oscillating weight has also been moved between the movement and the dial, in such a way as to make the movement as sober as possible.

even the anthracite gray dial the Streamliner Flyback Chronograph Automatic, it is not only smoked but also brand. Around the circumference, two red and white small parts: the external one for the seconds and the internal one for the minutes.

Il number 60, at noon, dominates the dial and recalls the chronometers of the sixties and seventies, when legibility and functionality were essential. Again for reasons of legibility, H. Moser & Cie. Has opted for one red second hand, while that of the minutes is rhodium-plated. To indicate hours and monutes, H. Moser & Cie. Has chosen three-dimensional curved hands with two sections. These are equipped with inserts containing Globolight®. +
