A few weeks after the birth of PerpetualRadio, I never would have thought ours podcast could have become in such a short time the "our appointment", or maybe yes. I founded Perpetual Passion to share my, now ours, visceral passion for watchmaking. It is therefore a great honor to know that many of you have a sort of "magic moment" in the day to listen to us and enjoy the spring sun from your terrace - perhaps with a good cocktail - in our company.
And here we are at the fourth episode. What will we talk about and with whom? A topic requested in a loud voice by you listeners was the study of one of the very few maison of haute horlogerie to have remained independent e firmly controlled by the same family for generations, Patek Philippe. Talking to us, also considering the great success of episode number 2, will be there John Varese - Watch Specialist for the prestigious auction house Christie's .
During the episode, we went to research the reasons why Patek Philippe is so loved by collectors and we went to the bottom of the countless aspects that characterize two 'pillar' references in the history of Geneva manufacturing: the Patek Phillippe 1518 and the Patek Philippe 3700.
Now I would not let myself be carried away by the enthusiasm and 'spoiler yourselves the entire episode. Enjoy the Episode 4 and write to us what do you think in the comments! Have a good listening!
