The appointment of TAG Heuer ad Official Sponsor e Time keeper of Grand Prix of Monaco History completes his current title of Official Watch of Monaco Grand Prix e Official Watch Partner of Monaco Top Cars Collection Museum. The twelfth edition of the event would take place from 8 to 10 May 2020 on the legendary circuit of Monaco but it was canceled due to the pandemic COVID-19. The events team of ACM is already working on the next edition, while during the original race weekend, TAG Heuer presents a special model that is a tribute to this prestigious event and to the entire collection Monaco.
The weekend of Grand Prix of Monaco History held every two years and is one of the most important events in the classic cars racing calendar, its passionate community of owners, drivers and spectators offers a unique show thanks to the warm atmosphere and team spirit that is created around it to the circuit. More than 200 classic cars representing 50 different car manufacturers participate in the event. Selected for their historical value and originality, they compete in seven classes, spanning the years from 1930 to 1970. Drivers from more than 21 countries participated in the 2018 edition.
Elegant and charismatic, this chronograph specially designed for this occasion pays homage to white and red, colors that have always stood out on classic cars and in the codes of vintage racing in general. At 1 o'clock the small silver historical logo of Grand Prix of Monaco History stands out on the brushed crimson dial, immediately bringing this special model back to historical racing.
