Under the High Patronage of SAS Prince Albert II and on the initiative of Luc Pettavino, President of the Monégasque Contre les Myopathies Association, ONLY WATCH is pleased to reveal the names of the 54 brands participating in the 9th edition of the biennial charity auction, the whose purpose is to raise funds for research against Duchenne muscular dystrophy, and the 53 lots that will be auctioned.

Thanks to the generosity of watchmakers, donors, partners and extraordinary international press coverage, this fantastic altruistic impulse has raised more than 70 million euros to date. Speaking of research, creativity and genius are also valid here. Scientists have managed to dive into the heart of cells to accelerate knowledge of genetic diseases; highlight and understand the dysfunctions they entail; start the long process of correction; and to move forward with patience and determination towards therapies thanks to the pioneering techniques they have learned and developed.

Today, researchers whoMonégasque contre les Myopathies Association claims have reached the promising stage of preparation for a first clinical trial in 2022, with the hope of changing the lives of thousands of young people and families.

The lots will be auctioned in collaboration with Christie's for the third consecutive time, the November 6, 2021 at 14 pm (Geneva time), at theHotel des Bergues Four Seasons. 

In the weeks leading up to the auction, the watches will be presented to the public, the media and enthusiasts on the occasion of a promotional tour starting on September 22 in Monaco at the Monaco Yacht Show and ending in Geneva on November 6. Here are the dates:
