Rolex presents a new and unexpected variation of the Oyster Perpetual GMT ‑ Master II 126720VTNR, with the crown on the left side of the case, protected by the crown protecting shoulders. The date aperture and the Cyclops lens have also shifted and appear at 9 o'clock. This required several technical adjustments in terms of movement and Superlative Chronometer certification, for which the protocol had to be adapted, as well as some of the final tests.

The bezel can also be rotated with ease thanks to the knurled edge, which offers excellent grip. The new version of the GMT-Master II is equipped with caliber 3285, a movement at the forefront of watchmaking technology, which displays hours, minutes, seconds and date, as well as an additional time zone in the 24-hour format. Like all Rolex watches, the Oyster Perpetual GMT-Master II carries the Superlative Chronometer certification.
